Hi team, i have ordreded swipe konnect neo 4g, black on 28th dec 2016 and got the product on 5th jan 2017. When i checked the product the i found the following or not matching with the provided specifications. Internal memory of the phone has been listed as 4gb but the phone has only 2gb and user available is only 146mb. I could not able to insert sim2 in the provided slot and it seems i can use only memory card in that but the specs says its a dual sim mobile. I have attached photos for you reference. I really disappointed with this product. I have raised return request on 6th jan 2017 requesting for refund. And i have sent many messages explaining my concerns but shopclues have rejected my return request on 15th jan 2017 without giving any information to me. Sir i have already register complaint against poor quality product i.e. Janasya Red lahanga and also for refund my payment to me. It is esured by your team that the payment is refunded to me before 15 january but i did not received any refund.
