[Resolved] ShopClues.com — wrong product refund reject | |||
I purchased the foot massager from shopclues costing rs. 2898 which was the best in specification and highest in price as compared to other models. when I received the package, it was totally different machine with lower spec, which was actually rs.900 cheaper. So I registered a returns request online. Now they are refusing the refund stating that the product that was delivered was the actual product and the customer care person started arguing with me over the phone. I have provided the actual pic and specification snapshot from their website which easily proves that they are wrong. aprt from different color, specification the product does not have any mrp sticker/print, no model number on website is mentioned. this is mandatory by law for any retail business. I want your support in getting my refund and send them a notice so that this does not happen in future. below pic: blue is what I ordered & received orange model.
