[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — wrong product shipped and return rejected

I order a bike decal and the seller shipped a completely different product than that mentioned in the picture and name. Now i requested a return the same day but the seller rejected my request even thought the product had 10 days return policy. No further response from shopclues. My order id is[protected]. The seller straight away rejected my replacement request. Even if the requested product is out of stock they should provide a refund.
