For last 4 weeks i am working on this issue. I've received wrong product on 18th Feb and on same day i contacted Shopclue and they raised ticket for the same 6221249.
I have Provided all information, but there is no response from Shopclue side. This Monday (7th March) i spoked with queries team (His name was Tharoon)He said that he will contact me after checking with the vendor to know why wrong product was delivered and still I'm waiting for his call. Even though my order was cancelled but how shopClue can deliver different product and why there is no response for this issue from Shopclue side? Every time when i contact they say that they will check with vendor and will come back almost 3 weeks completed with no resolution. This is how Shopclue deals with customer?
Query incharge Tharoon he is handling the case for last 2 1/2 weeks and still they ask me to wait for 1 week

I can see lots of complaint saying that wrong product got delivered in consumer complaints.
They are doing this for all customer with the help of vendor
