ShopClues — Dead product on arrival | |||||
I ordered sony powerbank 10000mah Code: 85240622, Qty.:2 No., Unit price Rs.799x2= 1598 +COD charges Rs.39=1637 vide my Order No.:[protected] dated:-23 Dec 2015, 12:24 PM. On 28.12.2015 i got sms that my Order gets cancelled thru sms on my Mobile but to my surprise i received my order through courier on 31.12.2015. On 02.01.2016 i informed thru email and Landline No.[protected] of shopclues that the product i got are Dead on Arrival hence want to return. Then onwards after no response i continued to call and email to shopclues on my own cost almost everyday for my re-imbursement but all went in van. After many attempts they said that you call to merchant directly by visiting their website but i was not able to contact merchant and to my shock rep. of shopclues also were not able to contact merchant through their web portal. After lot of requests they provided me merchant Mob. No.[protected]. It was mental harassment to me as the mobile no. provided by Shopclues is not working and then i again called back and send several emails also that merchant No. provided by you is not working. But till date i received no response from Shopclues. Its mental harassment as a customer . Hence i am lodging a complaint agaisnt Shopclues for supply of dead products, loss of time, money and mental harrasment to me. Pankaj Gupta. Was this information helpful? | |||||
