Dear Sir, I have purchase a Lenovo A6000 Phone from shopclues.com on March 2016. My order No is 86309836, Shopclues issue me a Invoice on the time of delivery. but now the phone is dead. I am going to service center of Lenovo, and they have not accept the Invoice which is issued on the time of delivery by shopclues. I have call the shopclues customer support center but they are said they unable to provide me the Invoice. Please help me as I gat Invoice from shopclues and able the Warrenty facility. I receive a soap in the phone box... the shopeclues are fraud site...ill complaint the consumer court about shopclues.com...this id is truly fake...i said to the peoples..dont buy anything from shopclues...
