ShopClues — Mobile phone not as what i expected and features not working | |||||
Hello, I have ordered this Panasonic Mobile amounts rs 7749.00. I recieved it yesterday that is 23/03/2017 and found out two features were not working properly, the camera was not even good and the battery was draining very fast. So i filed a return request yesterday itself. Now today shopclues is telling me they are refusing my refund request and I have to go to Manufacturere for Repair. This is unfair Trade Practice and i feel cheated therefore writng my complaint here so that I can get my money back and shopclues should realise that if products are not working they have to return and refund the customers, so that no more cheaters get cheated by false products and sellers like chopclues.
