Dear Team, I purchasd a product from shopclues but didn't recieved any produt. Mar 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved still not resolved. who updated this ticket, because still i didn't get my product or payment, they called me but still the my concern is open.

कितनी बार माफ़ी मांगोगे, सिर्फ माफ़ी मांगने से काम चलता तो बहुत अच्छा होता, अब मैं ये क्यों बोल रहा हूँ क्योकि हर बार आपके तरफ से ये लिखा हुआ आता है - We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you . मुझे तो ये समझ नही आ रहा की आप अनपढ़ हो या पढ़े लिखे अनपढ़ हो, क्यों की आपके बस ये बात समझ नही आ रही की प्रोडक्ट मुझे अभी तक मिला नही है, और ये बात आप लोग भी जानते हो, फिर भी मुझे हर बार कॉल करके ये ही पूछते हो की सर आपको प्रोडक्ट मिला या नही, अरे मेरे देश के भावी नोजवानो अगर मुझे प्रोडक्ट मिला होता तो क्यों मैं अपना समय खराब करता आपसे बात करके।
अगर आपको लगता है की आपने मेरे एड्रेस (address) पे प्रोडक्ट डिलीवर कर दिया है तो मुझे प्रूफ दो। ये मत बताओ की सर हमने कूरियर कंपनी से प्रूफ माँगा है वो मिल जायेगा तब बतायेगे।
श्री मान या तो आप मुझे मेरा प्रोडक्ट दे वरना मुझे न चाहते हुए भी कंस्यूमर कोर्ट जाना पड़ेगा.
