ShopClues — shopclues not taking back and not refunding amount after sending defffective product | |||||
I had recived 5 order in deffective condition no use of it 4 are curtains which get deffective thread came out and 1 is screwdriver which is damage during transit and shopclues is not arranging reverse pickup which is under policy i'm requesting to shopclues plz arrange reverse pickup and when product reach to them then i gate the refund I m providing 5 orders number of shopclues 1st order[protected] 2nd order[protected] 3rd order[protected] 4th order[protected] 5th order.[protected] This all 5 order i had recived in deffective condition if the product is deffective why should i accept and all curtains having rust in steel which indicates it is old and kept for long time plz refund my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||
