ShopClues — Wrong and Deffective Cars

Respected Sirs, I have ordered for two remote control cars (monster hummer rc with lights 116) order no a43415371 and 43424661 worth 999 each. on receiving the order i find that both the cars are totally different from the one shown on the website infact nothing compared to it. i was not happy at all but human curiousity, i had to try them out to see their functions and when i did i find that one is okay and the other is not functioning n a little broken. This shows that the company in all aspects is not customer centric. They only sell for the money and not for customer satisfaction. I would be highly obliged if necessary action is taken as soon as posible as to avoid other customers from facing the same unhappy situation. Thanking You Mervyn Laloo [protected]
