BECAUSE HE DELIVERDED TO ANOTHER PERSON.AT THE TIME OF TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION YOUR REPRENTATIVE SAIDTHAT YOU CAN REFUSE THE SAME.BUT IN THE ABHOVE CONDITION I HAD NO OPTION TO REFUSE OR ACCEPT THE ITEM. I HAD GIVEN THE CACELLATION REQUEST BECAUSE IN CONSION ORDERD TWICE FOR SAME PRODUCT, BECAUSE IN FIRST ORDER YOU DIDNOT CONFIRM THE ORDER BUT DAY AFTER TOMORROW YOU CONFIRM THAT.
