Dear Sir, I Miss Bobita Das have ordered for a double bedsheet from shopclues on 30/04/15. I got the material on 15/05/15, I found that the product is completely different from the description that they provided, So I immediately requested for refund. Each I gave them a call if they are sending any courier service to pick up the material, everyday they say the same thing within 48 hours a courier person will surely reach my place. Neither they sending anybody to pick it up, nor refunding the amount. Finally I have to take your help, where there will be sure justification. Please help me out.
