Second followup- 24th Nov'14 Response- We apologize for the inconvenience. As per the latest update, the product you ordered has been returned back to us and we will not be able to reship it. Hence we are processing the refund of your order. The amount would reflect in your account within 7-9 business days for Debit Card/15 business days or in the next billing statement of Credit card/4-5 business days for Net-banking from the date of refund initiation. You will shortly receive an automated update with the payment details. Third followup- 26th Nov'14 Resonse-We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We have checked and found that the order is returned to us from the courier company due to some unforeseen reason. As the product was under deal at the time of placing the order, hence, we are unable to re-ship it. We are processing the refund of total amount, paid against this order. (Executive-Sanchit Sharma) How irresponsible and fraud company that there is no information regarding shipments and gave always wrong info to customer.They are still keep my money at their end since more than 50 days. i am chasing them for their contacting their management team but still they didnlt ready to give me any email/contact no. Now i want to take legal action against them and preparing the draft for my consumer rights.
