ShopClues.com — Delay in delivery of mails. | |||
Shopclues sends the point expiry intimation mail after the expiry date which happened to me twice. There is no proper mail delivery of the complain raised. Return requests are not processed and they stick to the word that 'It is the policy...', even if we intimate them via repeated calls they still say 'It is the policy' I wonder why the customer should followup with the return request after the request is made via online. It is better to rely on Flipkart than to rely on Shopclues. Was this information helpful? | |||
