I was bought the puma slipper from shopclues.com & mu order id is 67970132 they mention on website my order will deliver to me o 19th sep or 2st sep but still i am not get my order & i am also not able to track my order they are provide me courier name tracking number but it is useless Courier Name: FSC - Exp Seller Tracking Number: C[protected] this they are given to me & i also send the 8 to 10 mail to shopclues.com customer support but i was not get any proper answer this worst experience of my life i also did the online shopping from other site but they given me superb service i purchased first time from shopclues.com & it is very bad service so please help me Regards Sumeet [protected]

Against my shopclues order id 67970132 i raise the complaint just half an hour before so i got a call from +919599515212 this no he has told me i am from shopclues.com we are deliver to you your order in 24 hour & he has privide me coupon code if rs 2000 rs he has told me go in atm in which bank account you are holding & call me from atm then i will told you procedure to add a amount of rs 2000 to add in your account so i told him i dont want anything i just want a my order at time so he has told me sir this is company policy first you have a need to redeem this coupon to add money in your account then we will deliver you your order as per comany policy so i told him what is policy i just want want my order at time so he has told me so we will deliver you your orde after two days so can you tell me what the hell policy shopclues giving me please help to me to deliver my order at time regards sumeet 8652230495
