Dear sir, this is shrish agrawal from karwi chitrakoot. i hv booked a product on shopclues.com on 7th november 2015. order no. is 74920459. that order is not delivered till now on 27th nov. i hv mailes a lot of time. now they said that my location is ODA location and they cant delivered product. while i hv paid the amount online. i i m in ODA loction then why they booked my order. now taking payment they told me that u hv self collected the product from kanpur dtdc branch. kanpur is so far away from karwi chitrakoot. this is illegal. plz help me out. my dtdc curier id is Z42835181. shrish agrawal [protected]@gmail.com [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
