I had booked a easy mop 360 degree rotating with steel basket. i paid Rs 2598/- for two mops. however I got plastic bucket mop. I complain t on call center who has advised me to return the same. Order no#24489825, I spent Rs. 40 on mobile phone. I requested them to send the correct product but so far I have not got original product. I have ordered sevaral product/ they have told me to go to suvidha centers however these centers do not exist in Goa.I strongly protest against company.
