Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to share with you that I have ordered Micromax Yureka from ShopClues.com website on 30th Jun 2015.
Till date I have not received my phone from ShopClues.com website.
My order number is: 58949545.
I have call them multiple times and have written around 10 to 15 mails. They tell me to keep patience.
I am frustrated with the service provided. One of the worst service is provided by ShopClues.
From last one week, status is shown as Delivered but however, I have not received my device. Now ShopClues team tells that there is some problem at delivery end therefore, will take some time. I have been waiting from last one month.
Please help me so that I can receive this product or get my money back.
