ShopClues.com — my order is not delivered and customer care are misguiding me

order no 17873489 which was made on 4th aug, order shipped on 6th aug with fake courier number and when complaint regarding no help was provided to me n today is 22nd aug 2014 it means 18 day has passed no report is produce to me regarding my order, after that when i contact to original seller of my product n when i inform customer care they also negleting my view, after all this mess i want to cancel my order but they didnt do that and misguiding me.
