Dear sir, i buy adcom a50 black mobile from shopclues.Com on[protected].. Delivered on[protected]..But sir that mobile is not working.. Then i complaint shopclues refund my money.. My complaint id 4946391.. Today they sms----- your return request declined. I am in buyyer protection..But they talking irresponcible.. Pleas kindly help to solve .. Thank you a.Giri. i enquired in our city mobile showrooms for
adcoma-50 mobile problem,
they are all said touch screen was failed,
and spare parts not available,
no service center in our ap region,
now what i do ?
you change buyyer protection to seller protection ?
