ShopClues.com — No delivery of item

I have booked sony pen drive 16 GB on 31st of jan 2016 vide order no 84339036. it was promished to deliver the item by 5th of Feb. But still i have neither received item nor getting any proper response from the compny. I have booked this item as a birthday gift of my son which was on 10th of Feb. whenever i call to the company i was told that matter will be resolved within 48 hrs & i loose 5 to 10 Rs as call charge. when i will receive my product. i have a horrible experience with shopclues. In future i will never contact to shopclues and suggest my near & dear to not purchase any item through shopclues as this company will spoil your birthdays & all happy occasssions. kindly look into the matter & resolve my issue.
