[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Non Delivery & Rude Behaviour | |||
Hello, I had purchased a product from shopclues on 8th Oct 2014 and was supposed to get delivered on 15th Oct 2014. I have already paid for the product and calling since 16th Oct to them for the product and they say will deliver as per our convenience and said do whatever you want. The supervisor named sanchit sharma behaved rudely and said do whatever you want and when i asked to transfer to his senior he said he will not do it, if i want i can disconnect the call. Order No for the product is 22349095. He is saying we have shipped it on 20th and you will get it after 27-28 Oct only, do whatever you want. There are other products also which i have ordered and i dont know what to do about it. Kindly help me in this issue Was this information helpful? | |||
