ShopClues.com — Not receiving orignal product from company

Sir, i ordered 'SALT BROWN SHOES" from shopeclues.com on MRP 369 with onlinne payment( including shipping charge) vide order no.73186834 on date 24.10.2015 but i receives product on 4.11.2015.
when i opend my product it have shoes of other company and other colour.
i choosed a return policy and give 2 option to company.
1. replacement the product 2. refund my amount.
i have received my refund in my bank last few days ago.
now i try to reordering to "SALT BROWN SHOES" again but company sale to me on 399 & shipping charge is extra. why?
why i paid my extra money to shopclues on his fault and Big Mistake.
