[Resolved] ShopClues.com — not recieved product | |||
Sir, I have ordered a hot water bag from shopclues.com. After two to three days they send me a mail to my account that delay due to unavailable of product from the merchant. And then after same days they gave my order to a another merchant and the second is also delaying the product my product received date was 30.10.14 but today is 2.11.14 the second merchant was also delaying the product and also not informing me when i will received my product so I, kindly request you to help me to getting my product. My first order id are for the hot water bag are 23827485 and 23825791 After Order Transferred to Another Merchant my order id are 25124030 and 25124034. so, sir please kindly request you to help me in getting my product.
