ShopClues.com — Ordered a wireless mouse but it was not working | |||
I ordered a mouse on 21 Jun 2014, 01:44 AM and the order number is 15392983. When I received it and tried to connect with my laptop it was not working, I tried to connect with different things like my desktop PC, Led TV but results are same. I ask for refund and I returned back the product to shaopclues.com but I never received any refund money. Very very poor service serve by shopclues.com. Sorry i wrote wrong product name by mistake I'm talking about "USB 2.0 Hub 7 Ports with Power Adapter" instead of wirless mouse.
