ShopClues.com — Payment made for product but it is not delivered to me

Dear Sir, I made a prepaid online purchase of two items - (a) Wireless Mp3 Player (b) USB hub, on 06.04.2015 with order no:[protected]. On date :- 15 .04.2015, I received a packet on which details of both items were mentioned. But after opening it I found only one product (i.e. Wireless mp3 player). Packet did not contain USB hub. Packet was nicely packed and there was not any sign of tear. This order was shipped via Delhivery. The tracking number for this shipment was [protected].
