Respected sir,
i have ordered a slimming hot belt on 13 march 2016.
the company stated that it is delivered to me but it is not received by me or my any family member. I have made many complaints about it to the company and their courier partner but they are enable to resolve my problem. I am attaching a copy of email sent by them. please help if it possible.

Company has refund my money that I had paid for the product by card to card transfer. their legal adviser made a call me on 10/04/2016 at 7:59 PM. And refund my money by card transfer. The mobile No. by which they contact me is 09205724397.
