ShopClues.com — Received a defective product and want the refund against the product now | |||
I ordered and received HM1100 Bluetooth headset through the order number 58820939 through shopclues.com on 7/7/2008. which is defective one and not being connected to any mobile phones. I complained about this to shopclues on 8/7/2015, they grant me to refund the money and told me to courier the product to the office and they will provide upto 300 cluesbucks to me which I don't want. I don't want the clues bucks so the customer care employee told me to provide token number within 48 hours so that I can send the product back to the company with it and don't need to pay courier charges. I waited for more than 48 hours and then inquired when will I get the token. Again they told me to wait for 48 hours. Again I waited 72 hours. Still I haven't got the token number. So can I know the status of the complaint? As it is not being resolved as I waited up to the required time. I need the solution of the problem at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
