ShopClues.com — received a used and a damaged package

I purched a wrist watch on 15th may 2015 amd the expected date of delivery was on 21 may 2015. But i received it on 25th may . I received a used product. The packaging was completely damaged. I didn't even get the warrenty card. Except the ShopClues bill. When i call the customer care they say they will call back or resolve the problem within 48 hours but today is 27th and i still did not get my problem resolved
