I had purchased a mobile pouch worth about Rs 1300/- via order no, 10436497 in January this year. While purchasing the product i had specifically mentioned that i want a black pouch and no other colour will suffice. To my utter shock even after being so specific in my request i was sent a pink coloured pouch. I contacted the websites customer care but they were of no help and denied my request for a refund. The website boasts of buyer protection programme but it seems i am not entitled to the same. Its been more than two months, I have been constantly trying to speak to the organizations superiors about the same but am being not allowed to do even that. I have tried every possible alternative to contact them and make them understand their fault but no one seems to care.
Kindly help me in this matter.For no fault of mine i am being forced to keep an unwanted/unordered product and pay for the same.
