i want to transfer my noney in my bank account

Product with order no.[protected] & return no.-2606472, I have asked for return and refund the money to my bank a/c but u people instead gave me cluesbucks. I want my refund to be sent to my bank a/c. So plz look into the matter, its been almost 15 days. And one more thing I have updated my bank a/c information.

same behaviour with me fake site don't purchase any thing from shopclues they only offer cheap & worst product
is not good for long time in market, you take money from customer for good product, after receiving product he return back to you now your responsibility finish, only option is that again & again purchase bad product chain will not stop till your money not captured by shopclues completely after time limit . what an idea great marketing funda, snapdeall quite better friends they sell only those product which are exactly mentioned in deal price is not matter this is cheating with customer .three times they not send product against my clues bucks with different reason. they not intrested to return amount in our account, first tool free no i found of shopclues that is only free on paper but when we call 10-15 Rs balance always deducted, reason is that nobody call again to these fraud seller .

I got pathetic products when I asked for refund or replacement I got clue bucks I requested too many times to transfer it to my account through payment gateway or through updated bank details I did not got any response it's just pathetic.
