[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — Regarding delivering defective product (Mini Portable Hand Sewing Machine-stapler Model)

i have purchased Mini Portable Hand Sewing Machine-stapler Model from www.shopclues.com on dated 05.10.2014 vide order no 21968225 by paying through net banking. When it was delivered to me that i tried alot to make it work as desbribed while selling the products. infact i also tried to make it work with the help of you tube videos available on the net but it did not take a single step on the cloth. i tried to return but the massage appear on the website that it can't be returned. web site should deliver products that are working condition or if delivered there should be a exchange or return offer as i really disappointed by them for this product.
