ShopClues.com — Return Complete but not get My product

Hi, my order no is: 27310819 and my return id : 623275 (created on 623275 ) I received a product which not working properly not website show Return Request Complete but i don't get my product until now. Could you please help. and also could anyone tell me how I can approach consumer court for the matter. Thanks & Regards, Praveen
