[Resolved] ShopClues.com — Service under warranty not responded to | |||
I bought an exercise cycle from Shopclues about 3 months ago. It covers the product under the warranty for 1 year. The wheel of the cycle got jammed up and is not useful for any workout. I wrote to the Shopclues team and they wrote back asking me to contact the seller directly which was not acceptable to me as I bought the product knowing Shopclues and not the seller. They wrote back to me asking me to send a pic of the problem and this clearly states that without reading or understanding the problem they just asked for the pics as how would I take a pic of the wheel getting jammed (May be a pic where I am trying to move the wheel with a constipated look on my face would help). Ever since I have been sending reminders to them but inefficiency of the company has been highlighted here in responding to the customer. I hope my complaint is looked into at least now.
