I have ordered one battery for XOLO Q1000, but the battery send by ShopClues is not taking charge and thickness of battery is also more.It it show only 30 percent during Charging and it continue for 10 Hrs of charging. The product may please be changed with good one battery.I received the battery on 21 Sep 2016 and the same day I try to use the battery but failed to use the battery and finally I am writing this compliant to you. Please take immediate action to resolve my problem.
