Comment: i order for JVC KD X-30 the merchant asked me that the product is not available with him and he gave me 2/3 choice for alternative model. i said him that i am busy in office give me some time to choose the product. Surprisingly after two hours he dispatched JVC KD r-456 which is not i have opted as alternative.on contacting the CC they said that the merchants had taken permission for the alternative. The product is still in stock with the marchant and he is ready to ship it on order. I neither get the product as per my choice nor the invoice quoting the Seriel No.of the product for availing two years warranty. The factory seal also missing in the delivered product. unnecessarily harrasing the customer. Pl. clarify why the ordered product was not delivered whereas the product still in stock.Till today more than 15 days passed but i have forced to keep the alternative product without the invoice of the product.
