[Resolved]  ShopClues.com — wrong product delivered and did not respond properly

Hello sir/mam my number 29301355 for brown zipper faux leather collar jacket.shopclues.com delivered me wrong product on 18 December .i submitted complaint for the exchange of product but they didn't respond me yet, so i called their customer care many times but they are always making reasons and disconnect my call.i have payed Rs 3099 for the product and they delivered me wrong product.they are giving me mental stress.i have uploaded proof .So kindly solve my problem .It will be your most kindness.thanks Regards Adnan Ali [protected]
