Shopcluse — Cancel the order product and share personal information with 3rd party who cheated customer with duplicate product. | |||||
I have order sony mdr-xb450ap extra bass headphones with mic for rs. 728 on cod. Hopcluse cancel that order. A day later someone deliver the product with same details (Our name, address, mobile no, item description and price) but after receiving we came to know that its duplicate product. And shopcluse not responding saying we have cancel the order. But how can they share our personal information to any 3rd party to cheat it is totally unethical. Was this information helpful? | |||||
