Shopify.com — Flexibell dumbell @ RS 599(fusion-a-fitness.myshopify.com) not delivered

I have ordered a Flexibell dumbell advertise on social media platform, when I click on attractive deal it redirected me to "https://fusion-a-fitness.myshopify.com/". I have got both payment transaction & order confirmation mail on 13-Jan-22 but till date order not received. they have used email id "[protected]@gmail.com" for communication. after 2 days the shop web address disabled from shopify portal & also they are not responding on their mail id. I am really surprise that such kind of act done on platform of shopify there is nothing to take complain from consumer end. When I have tried to register complain on shopify.com then it refuse to proceed with comment that "https://fusion-a-fitness.myshopify.com/" is invalid shop address.

I am not registering this complain to get my Rs. 599 back but this is just to suggest shopify.com to take cautious action & monitoring system to avoid such fraud. I can't bother to purchase from this online portal anymore.
