GOing on at least 4 months not only do they never resolve issues with getting into my website but they request confirmation documents that show who I am and company details...even providing all of that they still do nothing...then it appears Shopify has been HACKed because I keep getting emails for charges that are not our shop...some company called backpacks7---not us, , , , using one of our admin emails...we have tried over and over to get their help but they are so lazy and wholly incompetent that nothing gets fixed...now they say we have two payments for our monthly payment which did not go through but the payment card is not expired and no where near the CREDit limit so that also makes us think thier entire platform is a fricking mess...but still ntohing gets resolved...so here we are with a ecommerce website that can't be used because they cannot bloody just gives us a password reset...seriously what a bunch of ### and absolutley non-caring about the CUSTOMERs who pay them to hostsites Was this information helpful? |
