Shopify — Purchased drynuts not recieved | |||||
After payment I recieved a message: "Hi Sijo, thanks for your purchase of Rs. 399.00 from nutsvilla9! We'll notify you when it ships. View order (#1189): https://nutsvilla9.myshopify.com/[protected]/orders/87c7e888aa250b1c0490ee370cf6...⇄ Above link they provided is not working and I have tried reaching shopify help center they have replied that they are not responsible for the shops listed under their site. Here is the reply I received from shopify help center: "Ram (Support Advisor): Hi Sijo, how are you? Appreciate your time in reaching out. Got your message above, and I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to track your order. This is indeed very alaraming considering that you've spent your hard earned money. However, before anything else, I would like to humbly set your expectation on this situation. Shopify is the service that some shops use to build their website and shopping cart. We don’t ship or manage the stores’ inventory or orders. Each merchant’s shop is an independent business and they are responsible for running their business (fulfilling orders, etc).
