Resp. Sir I am amul sul from goregaon (Mumbai). Today date[protected] i have perches airtel recharge voucher of rs.222. Form demo service, but mistakenly this recharge gone on [protected] mobile no. Since my mobile no. Is [protected]. Shopkeeper have cancel this recharge and get back recharge talk time from [protected] that i have confirmed to call this no. But he gives me excuse that recharge is cancel but balace not yet credit on my demo card it will not coming immediately, it will take 15days or month and it is not sure. I think he making me full, and when i say i will complaint about you in consumer forum then he saying, ''consumer forum wala chutiya hote hai unse kuch nahi hoga, tuze to recharge voucher ka balance to nahi milega, tu mere dukan ke aur cunsumer foram ke chakkar marte baith'' Sir please take action about him i dint have care about 222 rechare but for his bhehavior i have given total detail about this shopkeeper Recharge amount rs.222 Recharge pin no.[protected] (This no o[censored]sed for the cancellation this rechare) Ph. Dear SirWe are the small shopkeeper in upil area lucknow . we have prepare all necessary documents to submit electricity connection (commercial). Last july2009 we go to the office and want a legal connection of electricity , but they said there is no load sanction on your building so i cant release connection and return my paper . There is no reciving given to me , But my paper and stamp paper issued in july month 2009 . The BL form time period is 31st March 2010. And that day the JE o[censored]pil lodge the fir dated 26 feb 2010 in Naka Lucknow . Many time to time all shopkepers get in touch to electricity board , but there is no result drawn. And that day they said you pay SUVIDHA SHULK RS.10000/- AGAINST THE FIR , THAN YOU ALL OF PAY AT LEAST RS 50000/- PER HEAD. How it is possible some shopkeepers are rented and given rent to land lord Rs6000/- to Rs10000/- per month .

shopkeeper — Charging more than MRP
The shopkeeper near to my house charges more than the mrp rate for cigarettes and when I asked them about that they behaved indecently and asked me to compliant against that, Sir what should I do at this point and can any shopkeeper say that they are not selling a product to a particular customer as he is not ready to pay extra charge they are asking for. There is cold drinks shop beside mezban hall, bauxite road on d way entering to Basav colony, where he is charging Rs.5 extra as cooling charges above MRP or else he is directly refusing to provide cold drinks, which is against the law.I request to kindly take an action against such shopkeepers.
