I Have purchased a saree in Shopkio.com, I have received a different product than displayed in the website. So i have contacted shopkio.com customercare and they have asked me for the reference number. Now after submitting all the details they are not responding for taking the product back. Please help me in the refund of money.
There is no proper customer care for that website, they do only have a whatsapp number. We need to message them through Whatsapp only. When i send the message through whatsapp, they have replied stating that they need the order reference number. After providing the order reference number they are not even responding.
