Shopkio — Returned their product but till didn't refund and no response

I ordered a dress material from shopkio.com worth Rs. 1124. The product I received was of very low quality which is not worth for 1124. I returned back their parcel and they promised to refund my money back in 7 working days but it's been more than 15 days still I didn't receive my money and also they are not even replying to my mail. Totally cheated please help me to get back my money

I ordered four items worth of ₹4530 via netbanking and I cancelled that items immediately after viewing the reviews. I have not get my refund. I contacted them but they are refusing to refund my money saying onar eia rewards I can get. Within 24 hours of order cancellation only they can give. I cancelledthat order within 1 hr.

I Have purchased a saree in Shopkio.com, I have received a different product than displayed in the website. So i have contacted shopkio.com customercare and they have asked me for the reference number. Now after submitting all the details they are not responding for taking the product back. Please help me in the refund of money

I have ordered 2 sarees . Both the products are Not in good condition and damaged too. Moreover the received items is the not the one Which i have ordered.. Returned their items but no response regarding the refund amount
