Shopnbuymart_epaykerela — Fraud with sbi card

Dear sir/madam,

I too have a related complaint. my name is srinivsan. m from bangalore.

On 29th june 2016, i received a call from [protected] at around 1.49pm asking if i will be interested in enhancing my credit limits and if yes they would want to issue a new card. i said not interested for new card and disconnected the call.

Again at around 2.06pm i received a call saying my sbi card has reward points to the tune of rs.7824 and that i could redeem it at shopnbuymart_epaykerela. for which i said okay, i will go and shop, without understanding the communication properly. for this, they asked me to confirm my card number and so asked me to read out all numbers on the card i. e. card number, validity date, also the cvv number for redeeming the points. but to my surprise at around 2.08pm i received a sms mentioning `xxxxx' number as my otp for trxn of inr 7824 at shopnbuymart_epaykerela with my sbi credit number xxx ending. at 2.12pm received sms saying that there has been a transaction made for rs.7824/- at shopnbuymart_epaykerela.

Here, i want to submit that i am cheated and so request the concerned sbi officials to help me retrieve this amount.

May i also ask those victims, if you were able to get any support to get back the money. if yes, please let me know how.
