At around 1:45 pm a call came from phone no [protected] claiming themselves called from 'credit card' department, Gorgon. They communicated me as executive with all my personal details. My card no 4726 **** **** 2604.
Even the True caller identified the name as SBI Delhi.
Finally requesting for "CVV " no and "OTP " for enhancing "CREDIT LIMIT" and issuing "DISCOUNT CARD" they debited Rs/- 6449.00 from my credit card.against OTP no 899036, dt 31/01/2016.
Later today(08/02/2016) after finding there mobile switch off I searched net & came to know they are fraud and indulging in such practice since long back.
So I request concerned authorities to take stringent action and retrieve hard learn money back.
Requesting to authority, to cancel the transaction & refund the money to my card
