Shoppers11.com — Received an different products and they don't return the product. | |||||
I ordered an nike shoes worth rs2499 on 10 aug 2016. And i received an different color of shoes and its size and also quality of product is so cheap. I received the product on 16 aug 2016 and on that day i raise a request for returning to shoppers11 but there is no feedback from their side. And today (24 aug 2016) they said they gave 2000 rs for refund. When i asked why they don't return for my actual amount they said courior charges are deducted rs 500 from 2499rs. But in their return policy they don't mention the coriour charges will be deducted from my actual amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
