Hello! Just want to share my frustration and disgust with Shoppers Stop online. I had placed an order on Nov 2nd 2015, the order no.[protected], the order has still not been delivered. First of all, the team did not update me on the status of the order at all after the order was placed. Upon me writing to them, they shared a tracking number of Delhivery.com, which was a WRONG TRACKING NUMBER!!, Since then, they have been incapable of sharing a correct tracking number. It takes painfully long to connect to the customer care number, after many painful attempts I could connect and learnt that the courier used was BlueDart, so I fail to understand how they gave me information of a wrong courier company alltogether!!! Today is Nov 26 2015, and I still dont have any update on my goods.For each email I write to them at - [protected]@shoppersstop.com, the response comes only after 5-6 days, that too stating that their team would connect with me - Nothing has happened so far!! It has also been an extremely frustrating experience to speak with their customer care representatives, would just provide a few disgusting exchanges - 1. Upon telling them the Delhivery.com tracking number is wrong, they replied "Its not our policy to share wrong tracking number". 2. To explain that the tracking number is wrong, asked them to check it on the website (which pops up the wrong tracking number message), the person said - Delhivery.com is down, cant check - though the site was up and running. 3. Told them that the site claims to be shipping the order in 3 working days, it has still not been done - reply from customer care : Our website is getting upgraded (for a month), so we are not able to work!! Should I cancel your order. 4. I asked to connect with the manager of the customer care rep, so that I can speak with someone more responsible, reply - Manager is extremely busy and can't speak with you!! To put things in a nutshell, Shoppers Stop online does not have any professionalism and sense of delivery. I dont know if my money has gone in drain!! It is for the first time I am experiencing such frustration from a service. In today's age of service, their replying to my emails in 5-6 working days is very alarming!! That too with no update/information. Really can't understand the working model of Shoppers Stop Online and with what face they are doing this business... My experience with them has been extremely frustrating, disgusting, disappointing. Was this information helpful? | |||||
