Shopping Needs — Fake and Defective product received.

Hello sir, I have made online purchase on shopingneeds.in Order ID: #7890 of samsung power bank which i have received is fake and it it is not working i have already made a return request on their site but still it shows pending . I have contacted their customer care person on call he told me that the issue will be resolved sooner also I had mailed them many times still i didnt received any reply from .but now its more than 30 days passed still i didnt received any mail or phone call from your side.Its my request to you resolve this issue earliest. regards avinash gavali
