To The Manager Customer Care SBI Respected Sir/Madam, Myself Rahul Baid holding SBI credit card received telephone call on 26th september 2016 on my mobile no. [protected] on behalf of SBI offering SBI discount card along with some gifts. The fraud person on phone introduced herself as Aditya singh Rthod from SBI. His number is[protected]/[protected]. also given his mobile nos as [protected] He also explained me the offer and asked me to provide required details to process the request. After some time other person from SBI has called on my phone and explain the same offer and asked me to provide OTP No. which I have received on phone. I have asked him why does he need that so he told me it is required to process the request to offer the discount card and mentioned gifts. Hence I have provided the same to him and I got the SMS from SBI mentioning the transaction of 7271/- Rs on my account. the receptionist named miss Radhika dixit saying that their head office is in New Delhi. kindly investigate this serious matter and refund my amount which is debited fraudly. i had talked to your customer care executive and blocked my credit card also done a request to canceled the transaction as possible.please do the needful as early as possible and give the solution.

After my complaint they have called me and send a courier 1 shoes and 1 shirt on 07.10.16 and said to mail them on [protected]@gmail.com that i m happy and satisfied. may b for proof that they are not fraud.and also said that they will send me 1 chip wala card in 10 days for 25% discount on any shoping from visa master card.Also given a disount card and saying to shop online of Rs 5000/- from blueorangeprouducts.com where every item is out of stock.
They are fraud and making fools and cheating people. Please do look into the matter seriously and also check that sbi why providing our private & confidential information to others.
